Aaron's Hands

One night in 2003 I was walking out of the Maybee Center at ORU, leaving an ATF where I had come to just visit with some friends and as we walked through the parking lot I heard in my spirit "To help people stay where they are called"...."you will be like Aaron's Hands". I was so impressed by this that I told the two people (Shauna Shotton and Jill Werthman) that I was with that I knew now what I was to do with my life....they kind of looked at me with a crooked smile and said..."okay".

It was crazy I know. I meditated on it, I prayed about it, I studied a little about Aaron and the passage of scripture where this comes from (Exodus 17:9-15), but had no idea what the practical application was, so I "put it on the shelf".

I knew that it was time to move forward in the vision so I quit my job in 2004 and went to a ministry school called the Father Heart school, where I learned more about the Father heart of God and was ministered to in a GREAT WAY! After that I started a business hoping to find a way to make money so that I could support myself while ministering for Free! Well, two years later I find myself not rich financially but ready to leave MedStar, so I started applying to school, which is always what I do when it is time for a change....but when I was in South Africa (summer 2006) I saw a place to start. It all just clicked...it is hard to explain...it was like all of these random puzzle pieces from the last 11 years of my life, just fit together all of a sudden and it made sense.

It is hard to explain ( I say that a lot...do I have an ungodly belief that I have a hard time explaining things....hmm..maybe), but my favorite thing to do is to serve people who are serving the Lord. I love to encourage them, take on more responsibilities so they have less, make decisions that they would make, give them massages, and help them HAVE FUNNNN!!

So, I am launching Aaron's Hands and the first thing I am going to do is go and support Niel and Alece van Rensburg (Thrive Africa) in an administrative way.

So, anyway...that is the plan. I am in the process of raising partners who believe in my vision of supporting and blessing those who faithfully work the fields of the visions that the Lord has given them. If you know of anyone who would like me to come speak to their small group or church, please let me know!!

Wow, Charlene -

It's so beautiful when God lays out a design no intricate, we could have never dreamed it up on our own. That's so beautiful and so perfect. I know I don't know you all that well, but it still seems to fit you so perfectly. God bless.
