is what we must have, in order to do what we need to do, so that we can have what we say we want to have." Joyce MeyersSo, I continue to jog. What is it that I want?....simply, not to die young. That might sound drastic, but there are two reasons I am exercising:
- Health (healthy heart, maybe reduce some fat): Heart Disease runs in my family...
- To promote discipline in the rest of my life (as much as I would like to deny that they are connected...it is true)
Today I jogged to our gate...that is longer than it sounds...I would guess about 2KM (about a 1.5miles) and then I walked back. The other exciting thing for me was that I did the jogging part in 18 minutes, which means I am jogging a little faster (I won't win any races any time soon...but I might finish one!)
Slow and Steady..... what I could learn from Sea Turtles could fill a book..
