Send in the Calvary……

Praise God for assistants for the assistant to the head of a ministry. Did you catch that? Tricky, eh?

This week our interns were assigned to our departments and we got 3 wonderful girls that joined the Executive Department (that is where I work)! The Department itself doubled in size last year when I came….it was just Alece and then I came to make 2!

Now we have three interns who so far have shown that they can write, take directions, and are self starters! Recently Niel and Alece realigned some of my responsibilities, which I have to admit was hard for me at the time…but the truth was, I just couldn’t do it all….well, not with excellence, anyway. So, I have three main responsibilities now….
Alece’s Assistant, HR, and Recruiter (for all of our programs). I hope to be able to delegate some of my weekly responsibilities and things so that I can spend more time thinking about new ways to get more people to Africa!
