Okay, so a few years ago I discovered that I enjoyed Kick Boxing or really Turbo Kick wihc takes priciples of kick boxing and puts them into a routine. I was fairly faithful for the year preceding my hike up the Pike. Well, I started again today. Can I just say ...OWWWWWW! Now, keep in mind that I have been also giving massages as a part time job (2-3 a day so far) which is pretty strenuous, but then to add 1 hour work out tonight..let's just say my dogs, cats, and muscles are BARKING!!
The thing that I find funny and ultimately GREAT about kick boxing is that it seems to work more muscles that I remember that I have. It is true that we have over 300 skeletal muscles, so I am sure that I am feeling ones that I don't normally feel.
Tone, Tone, Tone....and BURN, BURN, BURN...the name of the game.
Anyway, thought I would encourage you to join the fun. (sigh)
