Soo busy!!!

Wow...I guess I have been a bit behind in the posting arena...yikes! Sorry, Blog Fans!
The truth is, I have been so busy that I can barely see straight. So, I decided to keep working MedStar stuff while doing the new job this spring (ACTS)....so, that has been hectic to get set up. Did I mention that I am packing up my life and putting it in storage, besides the one suitcase, backpack and computer bag that I am taking with me for the next 4 months! I mean, I will have a uniform while I am working, but geez, how do you pack for 4 mos and not get tired of your clothes...I hope I will be able to do it. I have been focusing on saying goodbye and boxing up my other belongings so that when I go to move this summer, I don't have to do this again. Did I mention I don't really like to pack...or move?

EXCITING NEWS...this just in...I am GOING TO AFRICA!!! I am taking one of the girls I mentor (she is sixteen) to minister in Africa with my friend's ministry, Thrive Africa
We are going to be doing a ton of stuff and helping facilitate minstry for other short term folks as well. I will blog more about this soon....I was able to buy the ticket with miles, but I will be raising about $1,000 to cover expenses while we are there. If you want to contribute, let me know :). I am very excited about taking Ashley because she has had dreams of ministering in Africa and this will be her first opportunity....what a blessing!

So, I will have to tell you about all of the amazingly nice things people have been saying about me...it is so sweet... ;) Anyway, I will blog more soon.....
