Who said the NW was God-less?

Well, I am not sure that I have heard that it is God-less, but being from the "Bibile" belt we are emplored to pray more for those in the NW and the NE. I think it might be because they are "blue" states....however, I am starting to change my views on Christ and politics. Don't get me wrong, as of right now I am a one or two issue voter...abortion and marriage- but I think that I may have just rolled with the punches a little too much when it comes to politics.

The point of this post is really not to talk about politics, because to be honest...they bore me. I know I should care more and if I don't the American church will be known by another name "the persecuted church".....ANYWAY...I wanted to share an article from MSNBC on Judah Smith (picture on right).

For those of you who don't know Judah, he is about 26 now and has been preaching since he was 13...he is very "hip" and "cool" and a very annointed speaker. I first heard him at FreshWind in Toronto, and then we had him come to Texas as the headline speaker for the CALL-Texas in 1999 or 2000 (the date aludes me). Anyway, here is a great article about what is going on in SEATTLE and so I thought I would share....enjoy!
