Well, this last Sunday I moved me and most of my stuff (some of it is coming via a friend in a week) to Florida. It was kind of a big deal for me to move from Texas, since it has been the only adult home that I have known.
Thankfully the drive to Fl was uneventful. I was a little concerned because my Faithful Mazda has 181,000 miles on it and was having a few hiccups last week. I made the 600 mile trip in less than 9 hours and got to my mom's house around 6:15pm on Sunday.
Monday morning early my mom went in for some minor surgery. It went well and she is home and recovering.
I am here until Jan 5th....organizing, packing, planning and resting!
