War Wound?

I have a scab on my right knee. How it got there is a bit of a mystery. During our Women's conference a few weeks ago...I ended up being an impromptu catcher....let me explain for my non-charismatic contingent....

Sometimes when there is an alter call or prayer line and people are being prayed for they may fall down limp. They are not dead, though it is called "Slain in the Spirit" by some...no, they just kinda had to much power hit them and thy no longer can stand.

I am familiar with this and it has happened to me several times....however at the moment I saw the woman falling....I was unprepared to help "catch her" and saw that she was headed for chair.

So as I put myself behind her to help guider her away from the chair....I fell. I fell on my knee in my skirt....a few minutes later I saw blood on my leg....ummm.

During a break I realized that I had skinned my knee and it was bleeding. I didn't have time to take care of it and put it off......for a week! :( So, now I have a scab.. :)

The cool part was that the ministry was amazing and women were touched tremendously....so I can deal with a little scab for that! :) It is a reminder of God's power in and around me!
