I'm gettin' on a jet plane..

and off one and then on again...and again.

Sorry it has been a while since I have blogged...here is an update.

From the Texas Valley (Harlingen) to Boston to Jacksonville.....and back. So, what do I do? Well, I explain HEALTH INSURANCE to the employees of BCBS clients. It has been a great job, very busy but mostly fun.

here is an example of my itinerary- I left Monday at 10:30am from my house and flew to Boston. I got to my hotel around 7:30pm. Then I had a meeting early in the morning, drove an hour to another set of three meetings and then drove BACK to the airport to catch a 5:30pm flight. That flight was delayed a bit which meant that I might miss my connecting flight to Jacksonville, FL.

Well, I made it..BARELY. I ran on to the plane...literally. Anyway I made it and I got to my hotel that night at about MIDNIGHT.

I just had a busy but great time driving in the Boston area. It is FALL up there. Man was it beautiful. The roads are crazy though. I was driving from Bedford, MA to Billerica, MA for my meeting and I went through an intersection where there were 5 ways I could have gone, no kidding! It was crazy. Now, I lost my glasses somewhere in South Texas, so I had to REALLY concentrate on where I was going!

While I was in Boston I made sure to EAT CLAMS and LOBSTER and have a pint of Samuel Adams. I was talking with a friend and she asked me if I liked SAM ADAMS....and my answer was..".well, I had never had it before, but it seemed fitting since I was in Boston! And...it was pretty good."

In Jacksonville, I was only there a day, but I was surprised at how big it was. The down town was really pretty....a nice blue bridge. I will have to visit sometime when I have time to see the whole place.

now I am back for a few days....then it is off to New Jersey and Denver, CO. By the way, if anyone that reads this has an email address for Christine Arnold that would be GREAT...I would love to see her when I am in CO.
